Room Booking System - Administration
The Cyberforth Room Booking System allows the Admin User (system administrator) to
have control over how the system works and what it can do.
Manage Facilities
Set up rooms, events, resources, facilities and anything that you need to
control as a calendar event. You can place resources into categories and assign
color coding to bookings. The admin can also receive emails each time the user
creates a new booking.
Manage Users
You decide who can use the system and how they can use it. Set passwords for
uses and set how many hours they can book resources for. Allow guests to view
booking without allowing them to book themselves. You can allow users to
register themselves or decide that only the administrator create accounts.
There is also a Notice Board Message feature so that you can advise users of any
important issues with resources.
Customize The System
Set start and end times for the system. Support for UK/European/US date formats.
GMT offset. System is available in any country 24x7. Decide how the overview
chart looks, such as grouping resource by category, alphabetically or in a given
sort order.
Impressive Reporting and Data Manipulation
You can search and sort the data and export the data directly to Microsoft Excel
(XLS), XML or CSV formats. You can even dump entire database tables for you own
local backup. You decide when data will be deleted from the database.
Systems can have more than one Admin User if you so wish.
