It is SO Simple to make a Booking

From the overview chart just click on the 'BOOK' button and you have a form already filled in with room name, starting date, start time. Just add the duration and (optionally) a description and catering requirements.

Most people can book in 30 seconds.

You can ask for email confirmation if you like. You can add this booking directly into Microsoft Outlook if you wish.

You can repeat booking daily or monthly.

And, of course, you can modify or delete this booking if you need to.

The system will not let you double book the same room or resource.

And maybe more importantly - your 'friends' are not able to move or delete your booking!
