Southern Belle is a restored Georgian pleasure steamer built in 1925

 for the Earl of Mount Edgcoumbe. She now runs regular full length excursions along routes established in the golden age of river transport.

 

The atmosphere on board is friendly and relaxed reflecting that magical period between the two world wars. Below decks a cosy teashop provides tea and coffee with locally made cakes and freshly made sandwiches.

A fully licensed and well stocked period bar is also located below.

 

The original 1920s ticketing system is still in use and toilet facilities are available on board.       A warm welcome assured for all age groups.
