booking system on our own web server and you
access the system just as you would browse the
internet.
The system is still yours only - you decide who
is allowed to use the system. You administer the
site yourself, the site can be customised with
your logo and you can decide how your resources
are displayed.
To provide security, users need to log into the
system using a user name and password.
The main advantages of the hosted solution is
that you do not need anything other than an
Internet connection and web browser. You don't
have to worry about servers, installation of
software, updates or patches.
This amounts to a low cost system that is ready
to use within hours and is available virtually
anywhere in the world on a 24x7 basis.
